Satin silk, silk velvet appliqué with couched gilt metal thread embroidery on cardboard cutouts; handwritten ink on parchment; metal cord; cotton lining
Hebrew inscriptions: "Shun evil and do good" (Psalms 34:15); "Only good for Israel Selah"; "I am ever mindful of the Lord's presence" (Psalms 16:8); the Ten Commandments; "Know before whom you stand"; on the parchment: Psalm 134; the last two lines are unintelligible
