Cotton velvet, velvet appliqué Hebrew letters, outlined in gilt metal cord, couched in silk thread; metal-thread embroidery, sequins and metal pieces; appliqué edged with gilt metal industrial ribbon; silk damask ribbons; hand-printed cotton lining
Hebrew inscriptions: "Torah Crown" (abbreviated); "This is a donation from Lev Shmuel, son of Yosef, and his wife Berla, in the year [5]632 [1872]"
