Kiddush goblet with dedicatory inscription

The Hebrew inscription mentions that the goblet is a gift of the Hevrat Sandekaut (society helping families after a birth) to Rabbi Yom Tov Lipman Feigl, on the occasion of the birth of his first son, and the Hebrew year

The base and the stem are missing.
