Inscribed in Hebrew on the title page:"High holidays prayers according to the Sephardi rite... proofread by... Samuel Rodriguez Mendes... in the glorious city of Amsterdam in the year [5]486 [1726]... published by Abraham Hezekiah son of Brandon... in the new press established by the doctor Naftali Herz son of Alexander Ziskind Levi of Emden." On last page, colophon of the typesetters ("zetser"): "Joseph son of the late Moshe; Abraham Hayyim son of Zvi Hirsch Cobirin; Zvi Hirsch son of Asher Levi Mintz and Hayyim, son of Moshe Menahem Mann."
