Torah finial (one of a pair)

Silver, engraved, gilt traces
Inscribed in Hebrew: "He who has donated silver and gold for Torah finials will rejoice in Paradise like bridal couples, and will blossom and bloom like roses, living a long, good life in happiness." "Sanctified to God are these Torah finials by the holy congregation of Khonsar. Any man who steals or breaks or sells [them] will be excommunicated. Blessed is he who conceived and made these Torah finials the faithful Abraham Cohen of Khonsar. His heart's desire hast Thou given him. His light will never be extinguished, Amen and Amen [Hebrew abbreviation]."
