Cotton velvet and cotton fabric, industrial metal thread ribbons, couched silvered cord embroidery on cardboard cutouts; inner lining: linen; outer lining: brocaded silk with gilt metal thread; wooden rod; hanging rope: twisted metal cord
Hebrew inscriptions: "Torah Crown" (abbreviated); the Ten Commandments; remains of inscription (probably): Roth Yehuda; unintelligible remains of the letters indicating the Hebrew year
