Hanna Farah was born in Jish (Gush Halav) in 1960 to a Palestinian family displaced from Kafr Bir'im.
Many of his works, prints and sculpture deal with the history of the village and the attempts to repopulate it. Between the years 1996-2008 he initiated the project "The New Kafr Bir'im". In parallel to his art, he works in architectural design and planning. He designed the exhibition of Hila Lulu Lin at the Tel Aviv Museum in 2005.
