Eliezer Weisshoff, sculptor and painter, born 1938, Jerusalem. Educated in Israel. Numerous sculptures and works in public places in Israel and the USA. Designs medals and stamps. 1968 he designed the Yom Hazikaron 55 Agorot Stamp for Israel. Designed the "Etzel" Museum in Tel-Aviv, and "The House of Bialik" Museum in Tel-Aviv. 1985 Designed the Gold Medals for the U.N. to commemorate its 40th anniversary.1992 designed the New Israeli 50 Shekel bill.

1993 Rishon Lezion- Sea Promenade- four sculpted birds forming arches on the promenade
